There are 3 major steps involved in installing a new phone line. First step is ordering for a specified line, which will be checked by an expert engineer. Step 2 involves acceptance of the order by the company. In this step, reference number is ordered and a customer account number is assigned to the customer. Installation is the final step involved. Time is decided after taking formal appointment with customer. The professional engineer then follows the instructions for a line to be fitted where required. There are installation charges for new business installation and then customer has to pay monthly rent only. Installation charges are payable prior to the telephone line being installed. Invoices will be generated monthly, depending on the plan chosen, usually generated on the 10th of each month.

Whatever option is selected, it must be able to meet the needs of the company and be flexible enough to handle all the calls in a timely manner.
